- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and accuratly
**Skills:**
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, food or restaurant industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest relations abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations
- Ability to assist guests in detail with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and taking to-go orders
- Knowledge of food service procedures is a plus
