What you’ll do
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Process customer orders efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Assist in food preparation and handling, adhering to food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Support the kitchen staff with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in banquet service when required, contributing to special events with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
