- Roll maki, nigiri, sashimi, and prepare poke bowls with steady speed
- Cook sushi rice and support simple hot prep
- Keep your station stocked, labeled, and clean
- Follow food safety standards and deliver consistent quality
- Support the line during peak service as part of one team
What You Bring
- One to two years of sushi experience preferred
- Professional, clean, team oriented style
- Food Handler or HACCP is a plus
- Bilingual English Spanish is a plus
