Join our dynamic team as a Host / Cashier / To Go specialist and become the welcoming face of our restaurant! In this lively role, you'll create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations and seating, and efficiently handling take-out orders. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will set the tone for a positive dining environment, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, guest relations, and restaurant operations while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Weekend availability is required (Friday-Sunday)

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional host/hostess service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists with efficiency and courtesy
• Handle take-out orders accurately using POS systems and food delivery applications such as Uber Eats and Door Dash, ensuring timely and correct order processing
• Assist guests with menu questions, special requests, and Take Out orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area to uphold high standards of hospitality
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of service during busy hours and support overall restaurant operations

Skills

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities to handle inquiries and resolve concerns positively
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Bilingual (Korean / English) is a plus
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations, seating charts, and take-out orders seamlessly. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
