Barback and Busser

Sushi by Bou is seeking a dependable and hardworking Barback to join our team. This role is key to keeping our service seamless and our guest experience exceptional.

Responsibilities:

• Keep guest spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
• Wash and organize dishes and glassware efficiently
• Assist bar staff and support the team as needed to maintain smooth operations
• Maintain tidy work areas at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a busser, dishwasher, or barback preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
