Position Overview
As a Regional Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple Sushi Awarsei locations, ensuring that our brand values of freshness, quality, and customer care are consistently upheld. You will drive sales, strengthen client relationships, and mentor our chefs and licensee to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in sales and profitability by executing marketing and branding strategies.
- Monitor and uphold standards in customer service, product quality, sanitation, HACCP compliance, and consistency across locations.
- Visit and audit licensee-operated locations to ensure compliance with Sushi Awarsei’s food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
- Partner with store teams to optimize cost control and maintain efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop Company Chefs and Licensees to ensure strong morale and effective use of human resources.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and reinforce brand culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and food service partners to ensure Sushi Awarsei remains their preferred supplier.
- Address and resolve client and customer satisfaction issues with professionalism and care.
- Lead with ownership, providing high-quality customer service at every point of contact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Sushi experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Creative, flexible, and collaborative team player.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
