Position: Team Member (Full Time or Part Time)
Location: The Meridian Building (235 Shady Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15206)
Compensation: Between $11.00 and $15.00 per Hour, plus Tips (Paid Weekly!)

What You'll Do with HOJA! Brands:
- Welcome and assist new and returning guests with a smile.
- Demonstrate attention to detail with food preparation and presentation while crafting sushi, boba tea, and our other exceptional offerings.
- Become an expert in our Standard Operating Procedures and menus to provide exemplary customer service to every patron.
- Show initiative through cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Handle our Point of Sale operating system with precision and professionalism.
- Display the desired HOJA! Brands culture through embracing our dress code standards, working collaboratively with your team, and achieving shared goals.
- Maintain active verbal and written communication standards with your Management Team.
- Embrace new challenges and opportunities.
Qualities We're Looking For:
- High school education or the equivalent.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic and knife skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Calmness in new and stressful situations.
- Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds and work on your feet for hours.
