Adrian Rivas Insurance Agency is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team.
Insurance experience is not required. We provide training for the right person.
Our agency has a dedicated Business Development Center (BDC) that generates leads and gathers prospect information.
We provide the leads. Your job is to quote, present, follow up, and sell.
You will learn how to:
Understand insurance products and coverages
Prepare insurance quotes
Identify customer needs
Present coverage options
Follow up with potential customers
Handle basic sales objections
Close sales
Build long-term customer relationships
Understand insurance renewals and customer retention

Requirements
Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong communication skills
Friendly and professional
Dependable and punctual

Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
Willing to learn and be coached
Motivated to improve and earn more through sales
Must have or be willing to obtain the required insurance producer license
Must be able to meet applicable background and licensing requirements
