Susan Saffron Fine Jewelry is looking for a relationship-driven Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate to create an exceptional client experience in our designer and custom fine-jewelry showroom. This role combines sales, styling, and personal connection while helping clients celebrate life’s biggest moments.
What You’ll Do
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized, one-on-one service
- Present designer and custom jewelry with confidence and product knowledge
- Guide custom jewelry projects from concept to completion with our team of jewelers and vendors.
- Maintain a polished showroom and accurately manage POS transactions, sizing, and repair intake
- Follow up with clients via text, phone, and email to drive appointments and repeat business
- Support light social media by capturing quick product videos or posts
- Take initiative and follow through to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury or fine-jewelry sales experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, settings, and design terminology
- Polished communication, professional presence, and detail obsession
- Organized, punctual, and calm under pressure; team-oriented
- Familiarity with social media and basic website use preferred

Schedule & Environment
