Lead the Pro-Life Movement in One of America's Most Influential Political Battlegrounds

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) is the nation's largest pro-life advocacy organization, mobilizing a grassroots network of more than one million Americans. Through voter education, public policy advocacy, and grassroots engagement, we work every day to advance laws that protect unborn children and support their mothers.

We are seeking a dynamic, politically savvy, and mission-driven South Carolina Campaign Manager to serve as SBA's lead representative and strategist in the Palmetto State. This is a unique opportunity to shape the political landscape in one of the most important early presidential primary states, leading efforts that will influence both the 2026 midterm elections and the 2028 South Carolina Presidential Primary.

What You'll Do

Lead SBA's South Carolina Political Strategy

• Serve as the architect and lead executor of SBA's South Carolina political and grassroots strategy.
• Drive initiatives that advance pro-life candidates, policies, and voter engagement efforts throughout the state.
• Identify political opportunities and develop winning strategies to maximize SBA's impact.

Build Powerful Relationships

• Serve as SBA's primary liaison to South Carolina Republican Party leadership, elected officials, candidates, and key political stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with pro-life organizations, conservative leaders, faith communities, and coalition partners.
• Represent SBA at political events, coalition meetings, grassroots gatherings, and public forums.

Mobilize a Winning Grassroots Network

• Develop and execute grassroots and grasstops engagement strategies that activate supporters and influence decision-makers.
• Recruit, train, and motivate volunteers, advocates, and stakeholders around key political objectives.
• Build a strong statewide network capable of delivering results during critical election cycles.

Manage Campaign Operations

• Recruit, hire, and oversee field, communications, and consulting staff as needed.
• Manage campaign budgets, reporting, and operational execution in partnership with SBA headquarters.
• Ensure projects are delivered effectively, strategically, and on schedule.

• Passionate about advancing the pro-life mission.

• Proven experience working in political campaigns, grassroots advocacy, or issue-based organizing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Unwavering commitment to the pro-life mission

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role will manage a growing team as additional staff and consultants are hired to support South Carolina operations.

Position Type & Work Schedule

This is a full-time position located in South Carolina.
Evening and weekend work is required and expected.

Travel Requirements

Regular in-state travel across South Carolina for meetings, events, and coalition-building is required, with occasional travel to SBA headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
