Job Description
- Accurately collects and maintains required demographic and insurance
process.
- Verifies insurance benefits for urgent care services.
- Collects co-pay or deposit due prior to services and/or initiates
- Posts all payments received. Balances cash drawer with all payments
- Scans documents to patient\'s account and/or medical record
- Greets patients, answers the telephone, takes messages, relays
appropriate manner.
- Contributes to positive customer relations by providing excellent
friendly registration process, contributes positively to promote
patient satisfaction.
- Opens the clinic at the beginning of the day and closes the clinic
- Contributes directly to the measurement of days in accounts
- Assists in maintaining medical records and processes records
- Displays enthusiasm, an interest for work and a willingness to

- Demonstrates knowledge of departmental responsibilities during
