as computer terminals, telephones, or copiers is required.
Due to the function of the laboratory, it is necessary to staff on a 24
hour a day basis seven days a week, including holidays. Personnel
working in the laboratory must be available to work various shifts to
accomplish this. Laboratory personnel are required to wear appropriate
protective attire as dictated by procedure and safety requirements.

II\. JOB DESCRIPTION: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\
- Performs various chemical, microbiologic, and microscopic tests in
use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Interprets results based
on basic clinical information regarding patient age, sex, and
condition.\
- Sets up, adjusts, and maintains Laboratory equipment and apparatus.\
- Obtains Laboratory specimens via venipuncture or capillary puncture

- Receives written or verbal orders from physicians for routine or
