Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate leads.
- Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims efficiently.
- Provide bilingual support when necessary, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
