The Role
This is a ground-floor, high-velocity sales seat for someone hungry. We’re not chasing year-long enterprise deals — we’re running a quick-close wedge motion: get a foot in the door, book a facility tour or a 30-day pilot, and close. Our entry point is built for speed — a $2,500 pilot or month-to-month Foundation tier means a prospect can say yes today, no committee required.
You’ll be in the field — walking into facilities, shaking hands, booking meetings, and driving prospects to RTP for a floor tour. We’ll teach you IT logistics; you bring the drive, the discipline, and the willingness to hear “no” ten times to get the “yes.” This is an early hire who becomes a leader as we grow — the future of the company.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through in-person prospecting — site visits, drop-ins, and local networking across RTP and the Triangle
- Run a high-velocity motion: lead with the low-friction wedge (30-day pilot, month-to-month Foundation) and close fast
- Book and run facility tours at our RTP operations center — our best closing tool
- Build and work a pipeline of target accounts (multi-site healthcare groups, manufacturers, RTP scaleups)
- Follow up relentlessly by phone and email between field visits
- Log activity and keep your pipeline clean in our CRM
- Hit weekly activity and meeting targets
What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years experience — recent grads welcome

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this is a field role)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000
- On-target earnings: ~$90,000 with uncapped commission — a solid rep closing two pilots a month earns about $85,000, and there’s no ceiling on the rest
- Additional 4% commission on enterprise contracts you source
