Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Specialist
This position is contingent upon anticipated award date of November 1st, 2025.
- Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
- Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Required, must be SCI Eligible - U.S. citizenship required
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience and Education
- Travel: 10% - Conus & Oconus Travel Required

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Specialist to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Specialist
- Provide technical support to Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Support specific off-site meetings/conferences (e.g., Operational User Working Groups, Mission Planning Electronic Warfare Working Group) and associated Cyber/EA or multi-domain operations hosted working groups.
- Provide SME support to IPT in person, on phone, or on travel – related to EMS Fires (EA) or multi-domain operations.
- Review, comment, and make recommendations on EMS Fire products (e.g., Program Plan, Integrated Milestone Schedule-IMS, Data Deliveries, Data Standards, Verification and Validation Plan products.
- Collect, analyze, and manage requirements and feedback from the community, as defined by the Joint Cyber/EMS Fires EA JMEM IPT on EA effectiveness data (weapon/target characterizations (WC/TC); EA Effectiveness Models; and Operational Effectiveness Metrics and Usage needs.
- Coordinate requirements and collection database standards with the JTCG/ME and other IPTs.
- Draft meeting agendas, briefing materials, minutes, surveys, plans, estimates, status reports, and resolutions for government review and release.
Minimum Qualifications of Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Specialist
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
