Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Phoenix, AZ paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by removing and re-organizing products and documenting progress using our app.

- Start Date: June 28th until July 3rd 2026
- Start Time: 8:00AM
- Shift Length: 8 hours (includes unpaid lunch break)
- Arrival: 15 minutes early required
Responsibilities
- You must arrive on time and be ready to complete a full shift.
- You must bring a box cutter and a pen or marker.
- Check-in as an Acosta representative with the Reset Team Lead.
- Listen carefully to the Team lead, he will point out which section needs to be reset.
- Organize products on the set according to the planograms.
- Place the correct price tags per product.
- Clean the area you worked at and dispose of any trash remains.
- Document Before and After with photographs and descriptions.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
- Other: 18 , valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
