We are looking for multiple Unarmed Security Officers who are professional, self-motivated, and can work as a stand-alone security officer or work with a team. This position requires that you show that you are Reliable, Accountable, and demonstrate Integrity.

***YOU MUST BE LICENSED WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR HIRE***

We offer in-house guard classes!!! If you are not licensed with AZDPS and are interested in becoming a Security Professional, please ask about class details for potential enrollment.

Our positions are all across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, with our Command Center and Corporate Office located in Gilbert, Arizona.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a non-expired Arizona DPS Guard Card
• Must be willing to work Unarmed for post requirements
• 2 years' experience as a prior Security Guard is a plus
• Valid Driver's license with a clean record
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• Must have excellent observation skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently, especially during stressful situations
• Must have your own reliable transportation

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:

• Manning a visitors' desk to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond safely and effectively.
• Write, maintain, and present detailed reports clearly and concisely.
• Operate metal detectors, X-ray machines, or metal wand detectors as needed
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols if the site requires.
• Conduct foot patrols.
• Must be physically able to walk to perform hourly patrols, sometimes in extreme heat conditions.
• Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time, sometimes in extreme heat conditions.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
