Project Overview


Purpose of Project:

  • Provide end-to-end IT operations support, enhancement, and stabilization of OASIS—DOE’s core Student Information System used by:
  • 70,000 school staff
  • 1 million student records
  • Across 2,000 schools

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure uninterrupted daily OASIS operations
  • Provide technical support with SLA compliance
  • Handle enhancements, bug fixes, feature upgrades
  • Maintain system uptime, scalability & reliability
  • Manage releases in a structured SDLC
  • Support change management and documentation
  • Provide knowledge transfer & user training resources
