Required Skills:
- 8 years’ experience
- ADA/WCAG compliance
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
Project Overview
Purpose of Project:
- Provide end-to-end IT operations support, enhancement, and stabilization of OASIS—DOE’s core Student Information System used by:
- 70,000 school staff
- 1 million student records
- Across 2,000 schools
Responsibilities:
- Ensure uninterrupted daily OASIS operations
- Provide technical support with SLA compliance
- Handle enhancements, bug fixes, feature upgrades
- Maintain system uptime, scalability & reliability
- Manage releases in a structured SDLC
- Support change management and documentation
- Provide knowledge transfer & user training resources
