Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand with enthusiasm and authenticity. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of our company, engaging with customers both in-person and via digital platforms to promote our products and services. Your passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and ability to build genuine customer relationships will drive brand awareness and loyalty. Duties

• Actively promote our brand at events, and community gatherings by delivering compelling product demos and engaging customer interactions.
• Collect valuable data during promotional activities to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer targeting.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service, addressing questions, handling objections confidently, and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Assist in organizing and executing event marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and attract new audiences.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotion offerings, and branding guidelines to confidently communicate features and benefits.
• Support sales efforts by promoting products effectively, handling customer concerns professionally, and encouraging repeat engagement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or direct sales environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong data collection skills with attention to detail to gather insights during promotional activities.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and basic technical skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills to confidently represent the brand in various settings.
• Experience in event marketing or in-person customer service roles that involve promoting products or services.
• Knowledge of branding standards, and sales techniques including objection handling.
