Responsibilities
Advise on matters with the Head of School and assist in decision making.
Provide effective leadership and management of the school, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all.
Foster collaboration among team members.
Assist in managing the school budget.
Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote school programs and fundraising efforts.
Uphold school policies and regulations while promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
Serve as a public representative of the school at community events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements
Proven experience in leadership roles within an educational setting.
Strong background in education administration with knowledge of budgeting processes.
Knowledge of educational laws including Special Education and Charter School law.
Demonstrated ability in curriculum development that enhances student learning outcomes.
Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
A commitment to educating students with varying needs through innovative teaching practices.
A Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred.
