What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Front Desk Receptionist position at Surry Animal Hospital, PA?
Desired applicant shall be proficient in oral and written communication, have a very pleasing personality and be willing to handle a very fast paced work environment in a veterinary hospital. Potential employee would answer telephones, check clients in and out of medical appointments, be willing to help other members of the office staff complete daily work objectives as well as complete financial transactions as needed. Applicant must be willing to be on their feet for long periods of time and be able to communicate clearly with all clientele. Knowledge of the Avimark veterinary software and Microsoft Office would be ideal. Being bilingual a huge positive but not required. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits package available to qualified full time applicants. Rotation of weekend work(walking and feeding patients that are boarding or sick). Need someone willing to work as a team, show up to work on time every scheduled day.
