What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at Surplus Steel & Supply?
Looking for an organized individual who has experience with bookkeeping and office management. Duties will include the following
- Opening and closing business
- Keeping track of daily transactions
- Reconciling transactions including credit cards, checks and cash
- Keeping track of accounts receivable and payable
- Ordering office supplies / logistics
- Setting up new vendors and accounts
Will be trained and helped though the process by senior bookkeeper.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
