Role Summary
We’re hiring a Marketing Generalist to own day-to-day execution across paid search, reporting/analytics, and social. This is a hands-on operator role for someone who can run Google Ads, track performance end-to-end in GA, and turn numbers into clear decisions via dashboards and KPIs. You don’t need to be a full-time writer, but you should communicate well, present confidently, and ship high-quality marketing output consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize Google Ads to drive qualified leads.
- Own GA4 tracking and conversion accuracy end-to-end.
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for KPIs and reporting.
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance updates with clear next actions.
- Run SEO competitive research in Semrush to find growth opportunities.
- Manage consistent Instagram and LinkedIn execution.
- Create on-brand marketing assets in Canva/Adobe.
- Produce clean decks and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio
- Semrush (or comparable SEO platforms)
- Canva Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator preferred, not required)
- Microsoft Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) / Google Workspace
- Strong organization, prioritization, and execution speed
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
