Surmotech is an electronics manufacturing company specializing in PCB assembly and mechanical box-build operations. We are hiring a Warehouse Analyst to support inventory accuracy and material movement across our two nearby Victor facilities.
Job Summary
The Warehouse Analyst is responsible for accurate inventory transactions in Epicor, coordinating material transfers between locations, and supporting daily warehouse activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and comfort working hands-on with materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform inventory transactions in Epicor (issues, receipts, transfers, cycle counts).
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate and execute material transfers between two local facilities (¼ mile apart).
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks; familiarity with UPS/FedEx helpful.
- Organize stock locations and monitor material flow.
- Prepare basic inventory reports using intermediate-level Excel skills.
- Participate in physical inventory and cycle count activities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control roles.
- Intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license for short-distance material transfers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
