Purpose
Responsible for auditing orders on the dock to ensure the correct product and quantity is being shipped. You will assist in maintaining acceptable orders shipped per company guidelines.

Responsible for auditing orders on the dock to ensure the correct product and quantity is being shipped. You will assist in maintaining acceptable orders shipped per company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Product transfers from route to route and from stock to routes.
- Printing, adjusting and verifying of all loads invoices, printing and verifying of the end of day shipping paperwork.
- Tracking, recapping and verifying unaccountable product; maintaining an organized shipping dock.
- Perform random audits on select completed orders and verify that the product selected matches the order.
- Upon audit completion, ensure corrections are made to any errors discovered on the order being shipped.
- Communicate the improper placement of product to appropriate parties so resolution can take place.
- Submit daily audit results to the warehouse administration clerk at the end of each shift.
- Occasionally performs audits offsite with US Cold to ensure accuracy.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least one years’ experience in auditing process
- Forklift experience
- Must have own vehicle to travel between company and storage facility, mileage reimbursement.
