Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for driving sales of Surglasses’ AR surgical and medical education solutions. This role includes identifying and qualifying prospects such as hospitals, surgical centers, and educational institutions, conducting product presentations and demos, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Sales Specialist will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily activities also involve coordinating with marketing and technical teams, providing product training to clients, and preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to support strategic planning. The role requires proactive outreach, frequent communication with stakeholders, and a strong focus on meeting sales targets while representing Surglasses’ brand and values.
