We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant (Entry Level) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new leads
• Schedule demos and appointments
• Assist in preparing and participating in product demos
• Support sales activities at events, trade shows, and exhibitions
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Assist with office coordination and general tasks
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn about spine surgery
Nice to Have
• Experience in customer service or administrative support
• Exposure to healthcare or medical devices (especially spine-related)
