GENERAL SUMMARY:
- Responsible for operationalizing nursing education across all sites to support consistent orientation, competency validation, and clinical practice.
- This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and facilitation of standardized nursing education programs developed at the system level.
- Collaborates with leaders and educators across hospitals to ensure smooth adoption of system workflows, tools and learning content.
- Supports clinical practice improvements by delivering education, tracking learner progress, and escalating trends that require curriculum or process changes.
- Serves as a system resource for frontline education execution and onboarding excellence.
• Position: 40 hours per week

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery.
- Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials. Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.
- Must be self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Current Michigan RN licensure required, or ability to obtain Michigan licensure.
