Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including posting job opportunities, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating closely with hiring managers. This role will primarily focus on hiring across commercial and product/GTM functions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with candidates, identifying and building talent pipelines, partnering with external recruiting agencies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly. Salary range for this position is $125,000-$140,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and providing candidate feedback.
- Experience recruiting across commercial and product functions, with a primary focus on GTM roles.
- Ability to continuously drive sourcing efforts through multiple channels, including external agencies, direct outreach, and talent networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Great project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to assess both candidate capabilities and cultural fit.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance standards, and recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
