Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse – Dry Creek Surgery Center
About Us: Dry Creek Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC) located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center. Jointly owned and managed by SCA Health and affiliated with a leading University Health System, we feature 2 operating rooms, serving a wide range of surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, ENT, podiatry, and robotic-assisted procedures.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Op/PACU RN who:
- Is a true team player and communicates effectively
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient setting
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, compassionate care to patients in the pre-operative and post-anesthesia care unit
- Conduct pre-op assessments and ensure readiness for surgery
- Monitor patients during recovery and manage pain and post-op needs
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other team members
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Colorado (required)
- ACLS and BLS certifications(required)
- Minimum **2 years PACU experience** preferred
- ICU or ER experience also acceptable
- Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and practices
