- Conduct laundry services as needed, ensuring proper handling and care of linens and garments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment for all occupants.
- Assist with janitorial duties in commercial spaces or hotels as required, ensuring high levels of cleanliness are consistently met.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital, surgery cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
