Position Details
- Practice Type: Elective General Surgery
- Trauma: None
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling with approximately 183 shifts per year
- Focus on planned surgical cases and outpatient/inpatient elective procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of elective general surgery procedures
- Conduct endoscopic procedures, including EGD and colonoscopy
- Participate in the growth and development of the elective surgery program
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Board Certified in General Surgery
- Active Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with endoscopy and EGD procedures required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
