Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for the position of Administrator at a GI-focused Surgery Center with two locations. The Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the surgery center, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with physician partners, optimizing workflows, and driving the development and implementation of training programs for team members. The role also involves collaborating closely with physicians to maintain excellence in surgery and patient care outcomes.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Gastroenterology
- Skilled in working collaboratively with Physicians and medical teams
- Proficient in Training and managing teams to ensure top-quality care
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare administration and compliance management
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; nursing degree preferred
- Current licensure where required and knowledge of GI procedures is a plus
