What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse - Pre-Op position at SURGERY CENTER JV?
**NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS, NO ON CALL**
Overview:
- Responsible for the delivery of pre-surgical patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patients outcomes.
Education: Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
Experience: Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
Additional Skill/Abilities: BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS within 60 days of hire.
