Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse employees on assigned shift
- Coach, train, and cross-train team members
- Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, and safety
- Conduct quality and accuracy audits
- Resolve daily operational issues and complete assigned tasks
- Assist with daily huddles and weekly leadership meetings
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment
- Document coaching and performance conversations
- Work occasional Saturdays and overtime during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3 years of people management experience (warehouse preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
