Warehouse Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead team members toward productivity, quality, and safety goals. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ideal for someone with warehouse management experience who enjoys coaching and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse employees on assigned shift
• Coach, train, and cross-train team members
• Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, and safety
• Conduct quality and accuracy audits
• Resolve daily operational issues and complete assigned tasks
• Assist with daily huddles and weekly leadership meetings
• Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment
• Document coaching and performance conversations
• Work occasional Saturdays and overtime during peak periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years of people management experience (warehouse preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-orient
