Plating & Coating Machine Setters, Operators & Ten

We are seeking dependable, motivated candidates to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. Individuals in this role will be trained to operate mill or extruder machinery and must demonstrate strong attendance, a stable work history, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in maintaining quality and safety.

Training & Shift Details

Training Shift (1st Shift):

·        Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

·        Friday: Overtime as needed

Post-Training Shift (2nd Shift, if transitioned):

·        Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

·        Shift Differential: $2.25/hour

Key Responsibilities

·        Safely and efficiently operate mill or extruder machinery

·        Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed

·        Perform routine troubleshooting and communicate issues to maintenance

·        Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards

·        Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

·        Follow all production procedures and company safety guidelines

·        Accurately complete production logs and required documentation

·        Work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors

Qualifications

·        Strong, reliable attendance record

·        Solid work history in manufacturing or similar environments preferred

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

·        Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills

·        Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required

·        Comfortable standing for extended periods
