Key Responsibilities
Credit Analysis
- Review and analyze customer credit applications and supporting financial documentation.
- Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, payment history, and other relevant information
- Establish and recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
- Monitor existing customer accounts for changes in creditworthiness.
- Conduct periodic credit reviews and account assessments.

Account Monitoring & Collections Support
- Track customer payment trends and identify potential delinquency risks.
- Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve past-due accounts and support collection efforts.
- Review aging reports and recommend actions to reduce outstanding balances.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance customer service with sound risk management.
- Communicate credit decisions and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with contract reviews related to payment terms and credit requirements.
- Provide guidance regarding customer credit exposure and risk mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve credit review processes and operational efficiencies.
- Assist with system enhancements and reporting automation initiatives.
- Support finance department projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Commercial Credit, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing financial statements and assessing commercial credit risk.
- Experience working with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools preferred.
