Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Assemble the entire product or component as part of a team
- Producing ignition coils
- Learn all tasks and stations of the assembly process
- Rotate stations rather than being permanently assigned to a specific task
- Regularly use tools or machinery
- Read and understand assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Conduct quality checks and ensure conformance to specifications
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance or requesting repairs
- Resolve basic assembly and production issues or report to the manager
- Troubleshoot malfunctions
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Complete inventory checks to ensure the supply area is stocked
- Work with the team to meet daily goals, quotas, and deadlines
- Comply with company safety guidelines and always wear protective gear
Position Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Required to stand for an extended time
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with precision
- Engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
