Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative AI Software Engineer to develop and enhance a next-generation workforce technology platform. This role will focus on building AI-powered applications, automating business processes, integrating intelligent solutions, and modernizing existing software to improve efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered software applications and platform features.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.
- Experience developing APIs, web applications, or enterprise software.
- Experience integrating AI technologies, automation tools, or machine learning solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI.
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
