We are looking to add to our existing sales team with someone who is eager to learn about custom printed apparel and promotional merch and is interested in learning the skills to make our customers experience amazing!

Who we are:
Surge offers the best custom apparel and promo items (merch) for an array of customers, events and promotions. We produce projects of all sorts, from school spirit wear, to non-profit fundraisers, event t-shirts and retail and fashion designs. We have a positive atmosphere and a cohesive group of folks who rely on each other to perform for our customers on a daily basis.
What you'll be doing:
Our Account Managers work alongside decision makers at all types of organizations. Here is what we do:
- Build relationships with our clients through an assortment of different projects
- Work with clients on the budget, needs and details of their project
- Communicate with clients via email, over the phone, and in-person
- Research/present garments and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with Art Department on designing the perfect layout
- Continuously research and stay on top of apparel and decoration trends
- Deliver your customer's Next Favorite Shirt™
What you’ll bring with you:
While we plan to mold you into a rockstar team member, we do need you to come in with a few sweet skills.
- Very strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- High School degree
- At least 2 years of customer service, sales, or serving experience
- A willingness to generate conversation in-person and over the phone
- Strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, positive energy, enthusiasm and a passion for sales and relationship management
- Ambition, optimism and drive; striking a good balance between a competitive spirit and a team-driven attitude
- Ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with co-workers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects of various urgency
- Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook or Google Apps such as Gmail, Sheets and Docs.
