Surge Power Services is seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Installers to join our team. This role involves installing ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across various commercial and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and general construction experience.
Responsibilities- Install new HVAC ductwork such as TDC frame, Slip and Drive and Ductboard
- VRF system installation is a plus
- Install black iron gas piping and copper refrigeration piping
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Use power and hand tools safely and efficiently Requirements
- Proven experience 25 years in HVAC installation, or related mechanical fields
- Ability to read HVAC design plans accurately.
- Safe operation of all equipment/tools.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Perform pipefitting activities and confidence with sheet metal ductwork
- Certification or training in HVAC technology is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
