Stiking Coach and Program Director

Have you ever thought of opening your own Striking Academy? Looking to be your own boss, create your own curriculum, and help others discover their passion for Striking? Do we have an opportunity for you! Our martial arts facility is moving to a larger facility, which means we will have more room to offer more classes. Currently, we offer kickboxing, striking and traditional Karate. We are looking to add an experienced striking coach to our training center.

Surge Kickboxing is seeking a passionate and experienced Striking Coach and Program Director to join our team in Arvada, CO. As a Striking Coach and Program Director, you will be responsible for coaching classes and developing a Striking program from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a successful Striking program
• Coach Striking classes for all levels
• Ensure members are learning and practicing proper form and technique
• Motivate members and ensure safety

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience in stand up martial arts such as boxing muay thai and kickboxing and coaching
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire members

Schedule:

• We have classes every day of the week except sunday

Salary:

• Negotiable based on experience
