Role Description
We're currently hiring for both Inside Sales and Outside Sales positions and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to build valuable skills, grow professionally, and be part of a competitive, team-oriented environment. These roles are full-time and on-site based in Denver, CO. The position involves engaging with prospective clients, presenting products and services, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing tailored sales strategies. The role also includes managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in sales training to improve performance and meet targets. Collaboration with team members to ensure consistent, effective sales efforts is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Account Management to build client relationships and meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong Customer Service and Field Service skills, with the ability to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Previous sales experience or exposure to direct sales is preferred
