What You Will Be Doing
You will hold complete responsibility for field execution, technical document controls, and crew architecture across our diverse project portfolio:

  • Field Workforce Command: Direct, mentor, and supervise on-site crews of electricians and apprentices, fostering an accountable, high-performance field culture.
  • Strategic Project Architecture: Formulate daily task vectors, manage micro-schedules, and allocate field resources to guarantee builds remain strictly ahead of timeline milestones.
  • Schematic & Blueprint Mastery: Read, interpret, and translate complex electrical engineering blueprints, wiring diagrams, architectural layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Rigorous Code Compliance: Enforce absolute structural integrity, ensuring all conduit routing, circuitry, and panel terminations strictly meet or exceed NEC regulations and local building codes.
  • Inter-Trade Synchronization: Partner closely with Project Managers, consulting engineers, municipal inspectors, and other specialty trade leads to streamline jobsite workflows and eliminate logistics bottlenecks.
  • Real-Time Troubleshooting: Apply advanced diagnostic capabilities to isolate and resolve complex structural or wiring system faults in real time, mitigating project downtime.
  • Field Administration: Maintain precise digital daily logs, track material staging requests, and oversee essential safety documentation and field-update reporting using company platforms.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
  • State Licensure: An active Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of Utah is strictly required.
  • Field Leadership Tenure: Proven, referenceable experience serving as a Foreman, Lead Wireman, or Field Superintendent on active commercial or complex construction builds.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated capability to interpret structural documents, manage jobsite safety dynamics, and direct field mechanics effectively.
  • Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to bridge communication loops between executive offices, field craftworkers, and general contractors.

Preferred Technical Expertise:
  • Knowledge of control systems or specialized electrical installations.
  • Workforce & Industry Data
  • Strategic hiring models require accurate evaluation of competitive market demographics. According to national labor data for electrical tradespeople and field supervisors:
