Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. This can be either a full or part time position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest services. Duties: Balance and reconcile Credit cards and run audit - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Utilize phone systems to answer incoming calls and assist callers with inquiries - Assist with reservations, check-outs, and payment processing - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Experience: - Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - Familiarity with hospitality management practices.
