Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain high safety standards and adherence to project specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee work meets design schematics, blueprints, and industry standards.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide on-site activities accurately.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers on budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement processes using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools.
• Enforce safety protocols rigorously, conduct safety meetings, and ensure all team members are trained in OSHA standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and contract compliance records.
• Lead efforts in project scheduling, risk management, and problem-solving to keep projects on track while managing multiple priorities.

Skills

• Proven experience supervising construction sites with strong management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate on-site execution.
• Strong understanding of contracts law and ability to interpret contractual obligations effectively.
• Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards; ability to enforce safety policies diligently.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and resource planning; experience with pipeline management is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience that fosters teamwork and accountability among diverse crews.

Pay: $61,358.65 - $74,000.00 per year
