Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Worker(s) to join our food production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on dairy processing and packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and mechanical operations within the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality dairy products while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations such as HACCP and CGMP.
Duties
- Operate dairy processing equipment ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Assist with the sanitation and cleaning of production areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with HACCP and CGMP guidelines
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and addressing any deviations
- Package dairy products efficiently while maintaining proper food safety protocols
- Perform routine mechanical checks and minor troubleshooting on machinery to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients and finished products
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper sanitation practices and use of personal protective equipment
- Support forklift operation for moving raw materials and finished goods as needed, following all safety regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards is highly desirable
- Experience with sanitation procedures within a food production setting is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to processing equipment or machinery is advantageous
- Familiarity with packaging processes and food industry regulations will be beneficial
- Previous forklift operation experience is preferred but training can be provided for qualified candidates

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
