Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience by efficiently managing guest relations and supporting restaurant operations.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using POS systems, including Aloha POS.
- Provide attentive service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in coordinating food service operations to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, striving for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to foster a friendly environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
