You'll combine clinical insight, strategic thinking, and a consultative sales approach to drive product adoption, maximize utilization, and identify expansion opportunities within your account base.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a clinical environment, builds trust with stakeholders at every level, and takes genuine pride in improving patient outcomes.

Implementation & Training
- Oversee onboarding and implementation of the Surfacide Helios system, ensuring seamless integration into existing clinical workflows
- Develop deep expertise in Surfacide's training curriculum, best practices, and care environment applications
- Conduct ongoing, role-specific training across multiple departments and care settings throughout each hospital
Account Growth & Retention
- Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities — including additional systems, trade-ins, and new use cases — within the existing client base
- Maintain SURFcare extended software and maintenance coverage renewal rates at 80% or above
- Analyze system utilization data and collaborate with internal teams to develop action plans that maximize client ROI
Project & Operations Management
- Conduct business and clinical workflow analyses to deliver informed recommendations on product deployment and usage
- Facilitate regular workgroup meetings during implementation and post-installation to track milestones, manage deadlines, and keep projects on schedule

- Clinically fluent: Comfortable navigating hospital environments and engaging with both clinical and administrative audiences
- Self-directed: You take ownership, work independently, and drive results without waiting to be told what to do
- Organized & strategic: You can manage multiple accounts and competing priorities without losing sight of the big picture
- Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills; you know how to tailor your message to your audience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
