SurfaceIQ is a premier stone, tile, and architectural surfaces company serving South Florida's design and construction community. With nearly two decades of industry expertise, we supply interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors who demand quality and a supplier they can rely on. We're expanding our sales team — and Palm Beach County is our next territory.
This is a ground-floor territory role — Palm Beach County is yours to build. You'll own relationships with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors across Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, and beyond.
You'll have the backing of an established brand, a beautiful Boca Raton showroom, and an inside operations team handling the back-end — so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.
- Own and develop your territory — prospect, pitch, and close with builders, developers, architects, designers, and contractors across Palm Beach County
- Conduct site visits, showroom walkthroughs, and product presentations tailored to each project
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline — you'll have targets and the autonomy to hit them your way
- Collaborate with our Boca Raton inside team on quotes, orders, and project coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in our CRM
- Have 3 years of outside sales experience in stone, tile, flooring, building materials, or a related construction/design field
- Already have relationships in Palm Beach County — with builders, architects, designers, or developers
- Are a self-starter who owns their territory like a business — organized, persistent, and excellent at follow-through
- Communicate with confidence — in person, on the phone, and over email
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is a strong plus
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
